Vintage British Picnic basket

I'm a pushover for picnic baskets, I can't tell you how many I've bought over the years. This one however, is the nicest by far. It contains 3 thermos's a container for cream and another for sugar, tupperware type containers for sandwiches and other goodies, and complete place settings for 6 people...and it has never been used. The couple I bought it from had received it long ago from friends who had come to visit them from England. Even if I never used it for picnics, the bascket itself would be so cool as a storage piece!

I would love one of those!! I regularly bring my boys for picnics and end up stuffing random bags and containers in the bottom of the stroller. Gret find!

I'll add you to my blog list and I'll be back for many visits.
